Jeff W Loosier we never refused to refund you your money back in fact we do not have a problem with refunding anyone’s money back when there is a problem with their food but in order to insure my loyal costumers affordable prices I must make sure there is indeed a problem with the food ... we ask that the food is brought back for multiple reasons 1._ to make sure in fact there is something wrong with the food 2._ to be aware of what the problem is and instruct employees of what they are doing wrong and show them how it needs to be fixed 3._ but most importantly to make sure people are not trying to eat free food from our restaurant Your ticket was $44.94 and you must understand that for even a smaller amount that you request a refund you must show proof of what the problem is anywhere you go ... we are not the exemption ... When we spoke on the phone I was polite and offered nicely to refund your money even when you where rude and disrespectful with me I also went to the restaurant and waited until 9:20 to refund your money and all I asked in return was for my food to be brought back....
